Jettie Woodruff - Star Trilogy Reviews

About Book One

Trevas Evans never dreamed he would get sucked into this entire Hollywood regime. He was an escort slash bodyguard for the rich and famous. He wasn't interested in the lifestyle that he was about to get thrown into. He was there, right in the middle of it, whether he wanted it or not, now if he could just figure out how to walk away without anyone getting hurt.

Can he leave the forbidden love behind and walk away? Yes he can, he has no choice.
Love, laughs, and lots of romance.
Adult language. Adult content

Natalie's Review

Oh I loved this book it was panty melting knicker dripping smoking hot, Trevas Evans is a beast and I want one.

Allie is a spoiled brat, she is used to getting everything her own way and the word No is non existent, she is childish immature and very understood. The media have already made up their mind about her but don't believe everything you read.

When Allie meets Trevas sparks are instantly flying although he knows nothing can ever come between them she is 17 and he is 24 and has been hired to watch her.  Soon though Trevas can't fight it anymore especially when Allie hands it to him on a plate.

What follows is a intense relationship one that can never be found out he has to walk away but walking away is not easy especially when you leave a part behind

I give this book 4.5 stars

About Book Two

You have met Allie Fletcher and her famous mother Peyton Paxton. You've followed them both through stardom, love, and heartaches. Now meet Hailey Arlington and her mother Addison, as Hailey too ventures down a path of destructive love, destructive behavior, and a destructive career that maybe she is not quite ready for.
Adult language, Adult content.
Natalie's Review

This is the story of Hailey Arlington and her mother Addison

The story starts with Addison, she feels like she doesn't know who she is anymore, she is in a marriage that no longer is filled with romance, she doesn't like the person she has to be to fit into the perfect life that has been planned out for her, and when she finds out about her husbands affair she decided enough is enough and leaves him.  Finding herself alone on a beach she never expects to bump into the one person she has ever loved. Seeing Hayden again awakens something inside her she hasn't felt in a long time, she knows it can never go further than the two weeks they have together so is determined to live her life to the fullest but when her daughter Hailey turns up Addison has to deal with reality sooner than she hoped....

Hailey Arlington has the world at her feet, she has been offered a fantastic part on broadway and her career is on the up but her private life is falling apart her parents divorce has affected her more than she lets on however when she is offered the chance to star in a movie Hailey jumps at it. Soon she meets Chris Thomas and before she knows it she has embarked in a affair that neither one can control but it has to be secret as Chris is eleven years older than her.

what follows is a relationship filled with passion, lust and a life Hailey is not used to and the only way she can cope is to drink.

Another fab read I give this book 4.5 stars

About Book Three

I hope you enjoyed the first two books in my Star series. You have found out first hand what these two girls get into on their own, just wait until you put the two together.
Just when you thought these two couldn't possibly get into anything else, they undoubtedly can and do.
Read on to find out what situations Hailey and Alley find themselves in next.

Natalie's Review

For me this was the best of the three books, we see Allie and Hailey come together as they have been cast in a movie, soon they are firm friends although Allie is living in Utah with Trevas she is soon thrust into the spotlight again and the paps are worse than ever, they want to know where she has been.

Hailey is still struggling to deal with her issues she doesn't understand why she can not let Chris go why he is her Addiction but for the first time in her life she has someone she can lean on without being judged, her friendship with Allie is her Life Saver.

These two together is so good, their personalities bounce of each other when one is down the other pulls them back up and the bond their share is unbreakable

I loved how these books all tie together and I was more than satisfied with how they ended. There are so many twists and turns from the beginning of book one right through to book three

I give this fantastic book 5 stars

Author BIO

Jettie Woodruff is a practicing physician and has been a Civil War buff for decades. No. Not really, she is not a doctor nor is she a Civil War buff. She is however a goof-off and has a hard time being serious for too long.

She does enjoy a challenge when it comes to her writing. She feels as though she needs to pull every emotion possible from her readers. She wants you to be pissed off, questioning your sanity, depressed, happy, and hopefully turn your mind from wanting to cut the villain into tiny little pieces to loving him by the end of the book.

Jettie lives on 163 acres in a rural part of Ohio. She loves living in Ohio, except maybe the snow, and the long winters, maybe the hot summers too, Ah, hell, she hates Ohio. She does love the land and the solitude of the country. She just wishes it was in a geographically in a better part of the country.

Jettie has two grown children and one who will be eighteen in a matter of days. YES!!! She has also recently just had her first, cutest ever, most adorable, granddaughter in the whole world. Her oldest daughter just hit her with the news that she will be adding another grandchild to the family in February. Although she is sure she will fall in love with the little creature, she still can’t say the G word.

Jettie enjoys reading as much as she loves writing. She has way too many favorites to list, but one of her all-time favorites from years ago was the Casteel series from V.C. Andrews. One of her new favorites is C.J. Robert’s, Captive series. Reading it gave her that needed push that she required to say the hell with what people think and write Underestimated.

By day Jettie is wearing business attire and managing a mattress store. By night she is in front of a keyboard or her Kindle, wearing, well let’s not go there, Her first book published was just shy of a disaster, not that it was a bad book. People liked it. She just knew nothing about it, no revising, no editing, just a spur of the moment…. “Oh, I wrote a book, lets publish it.” Train wreck and a half. Her Star series was one of her favorites and is held dear to her heart. She is now working on an adult romance that should be live around the end of August, early September.
