BOOK REVIEW - Lily of the valley - Sarah Daltry

About The Book

You met them in Forget Me Not. Now, hear Jack’s story.

Plagued by a dark past, Jack sees college as a way out. Desperate to escape the area where he grew up, the people who know his secrets, and his own family, he deals with his problems through alcohol and sex.

When he first sees Lily, she’s the epitome of everything he hates. Yet something about her makes Jack rethink everything he knows and assumes about other people. Now, with the help of his best friend and lover, Jack has to decide if he wants to pursue something that he knows will only end badly.

Can Lily be one of the few people who can see Jack for who he really is – or will his darkness be too much for her to handle?

Natalie's Review

Oh my effing golly gosh, wowzers what a book. If you have read Forget Me Not you would have already met Jack, and oh boy once you meet Jack you never forget him. Jack's story is heartbreaking I was bawling throughout in certain chapters, but jack oh boy jack is one hot mother effer and I want him, he is the man every girl would want to fix, he is the bad boy who is misunderstood you know the one, the one who you convince will change for you, except no one can change jack well except maybe Lily.

This book made me want to jump my hubby while also made me want to curl up in the fetal position and bawl my eyes out, I felt tortured and heartbroken and aroused all at the same time I was a raging ball of mixed hormones.

I loved forget me not but I think it was because I was drawn to jack and his secrets and I could not wait to read this, I cannot recommend this book higher. It's one of them books you wish you could read again for the very first time

An amazing tear streaming, panty dripping 5 stars
